Deposit requirements

A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking, unless otherwise specified. This helps us confirm your event date and ensure availability.

Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. Please be aware of our cancellation policy:

  • 30 days before the function: 10% of the total fee.
  • 14 days before the function: 25% of the total fee.
  • 7 days before the function: 50% of the total fee.
  • 1 day or on the day before the function: 100% cancellation fee of the total fee is due (unless stated differently).
