What promises do you make to your customers when they book your disco, and what do you expect from them in return?
We promise to provide a high-quality mobile disco experience, tailored to your event. In return, we kindly request that you provide a safe venue for us to operate in. This ensures the safety of our equipment and, more importantly, all your guests.
Are there any special rules or things customers need to know about how you run your disco at events?
To ensure a smooth setup and pack-down, please allow 1 hour before the start time for us to set up all our equipment. Similarly, please allow 30 minutes after the finish time for us to pack everything away. We aim to be as discreet and efficient as possible.
How do people book your disco, and how do they pay you? Are there any deposits, cancellation fees, or refund policies?
Booking with Action Replay Disco is straightforward! No deposit is needed when you book. Payment is due on the night of your event and can be made either by cash or bank transfer. Please note, we do not accept card payments or cheques at present. For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
How can I make music requests for my event?
We love to play the music you want to hear! You can provide a list of your favourite songs or genres in advance, or your guests can make requests on the night. We'll do our best to accommodate all requests to keep your dance floor full!
